Riyadh, KSA - The Partidong Pandaigdigang Pilipino (PPP) Founding Chapter officially endorsed the candidacies of two senatorial bets, a partylist, and PPP members running for local positions in this coming May election.

At a meeting of PPP Founding Chapter members and officers, which was also attended by delegates from PPP Central (Manila), OFW Congress, United OFW, Guardians Brotherhood, and other OFW organizations, held at one of the schools here last Friday,  the delegates officially endorsed and pledged to support the candidacies for senator of Susan "Toots" Ople and Brig. Gen. Danilo Lim.  Both candidates are seen to be supportive of the cause of Overseas Filipinos Worldwide (OFW).

The endorsement of Susan "Toots" Ople was made after Jun Aguilar, Jr.,  President of PPP Central Metro Manila, presented Ople's legislative agenda and what she has been undertaking for the cause of migrant workers.  Ople's  endorsement was sponsored by PPP Director Joey Badong, while that of Brig. Gen. Danilo Lim was sponsored by Francis Oca, PPP FC's vice president.

Also endorsed was the 1Ganap partylist, where PPP founding member Boggs Bolor is one of the nominees.  The endorsements of Brig. Gen. Danilo Lim and 1Ganap Partylist is considered strategic by the PPP leadership.
